Leonardo Da Vinci had a ritual, 20-minutes sleeping breaks every several hours in order to be up and about working. Winston Churchill had a two-hour nap ritual every day, so he could work at night. And even Mariah Carey has a thing where she has to sleep 15 hours, because it keeps her voice the way it is.
