Cold and unpredictable weather in winter is often a major cause of the common cold. A seasonal flu is something that many people fail to escape.
Most doctors will tell you that you need to rest and drink plenty of fluids, but there is a trick you can do at home and that way to fight against colds and heal faster.
Have you ever though that sleeping with wet socks on can help you overcome colds?
Although it probably sounds very strange, wearing wet socks to bed helps with the symptoms of colds and flu.
All you have to do is heat your feet in warm water, then take thin socks and immerse them in cold water. Drain the socks well and put them on just before going to bed to sleep. Then, put dry wool socks over the wet socks.
The next morning when you get up, wet socks should be warm and dry, and you will feel much better.
This unusual method will help to ease the symptoms of fever so that the blood will be circulating again in the feet, which would dramatically increase blood circulation.
