Lemon Crust Recipe For Wrist Pain

Put lemon crust from two lemons in a jar and pour olive oil over them to the top of the jar. Close the jar and leave it for two weeks. After that, the remedy is ready for use. Pour over gaze from it and put it on the wrist that hurts, then put a nylon bag over it and wrap it with a wooly scarf. Do this in the evening and keep it during the night.


In the morning you will feel a great relief.
