In addition, the name of this technique is because you use your hands to do a position of your fingers that affect several nerves and organs to relieve the stress.
The first position you can see In the picture with the number one is called Surya Mudra. This hand technique is helpful for weight loss, digestion problems, and eyesight issues. It is also connected to circulation and blood flow.
The second one is Prithvi Mudra and it is linked with the earth element. Hence, it influences the growth of the tissues and muscles and reduces soreness. Furthermore, it fastens the metabolism function and process.
Vaaya Mudra is the third position on the picture and it has soothing and calming effects on the body. It promotes harmony, peace, and balance.
The last but not least is Shunya Mudra. If you have any kind of the pain in your body, this position will remove it and on the other side, it provides you with energy and strength.
The other two positions are Gyan Mudra that means wisdom provider, it increases your creativity and motivation. Finally, the Varun Mudra pose has the power eliminating arthritis, joint, knees problems and it improves flexibility.
