With only 17 years, she got pregnant and because of the pregnancy, she started gaining weight. In only 2 years she weighed 150 kilograms and she knew that her health condition is serious and decided to put herself on a diet and she only avoided one thing: desserts and sugary food.
Her previous eating routine was very unhealthy; she ate enormous portions of everything and had bad habits such as skipping the most important meal of the day- breakfast!
For lunch, she ate a large portion of baguette with chicken and mayo, a box of chips and chocolate.
Dinner: various snacks.
Supper- 300 grams Cheeseburger
After this her diet was consistent of :
Breakfast- two slices of bacon with tomatoes, mushrooms, and two poached eggs.
Lunch: potatoes, beans, and cooked meat
Dinner- low-fat yogurt, organic products
To lower her sugar cravings she ate little chocolate bars.
