Wildflower honey- 1kg
Linseed- 10 tablespoons
Pumpkin seeds- 50g
Ground sesame- 5 tablespoons
Raisins- 3 tablespoons
Sunflower seeds- 50g

Preparation:
Stir all the ingredients well in a large bowl, then pour and keep the mixture in a glass jar.
Use: You should have a tablespoon of this remedy before breakfast and lunch every day.
