Here is the preparation:
Start with mixing one tablespoon of baking soda with 1/2 teaspoon salt into the cup. Next with warm water you should wet the toothbrush and to dip it into the previously prepared mixture. Scrub your teeth with that and spit. Do this method for around five minutes. That is the first step.
The second step is to mix cup full with hydrogen peroxide with 1/2 cup of warm water and for one minute you should rinse your mouth with that, spit and at the end rinse with 1/2 cup of cool water.
Third step is with dental pick to rub the yellow tarter from the teeth. Just remember to be careful not to scrape the gums because you do not want to damage or irritate the gums, right?

Other foods that have high amounts of vitamin C and that can be also great in this case are lemons, lime, bell peppers, berries, papaya and oranges.
You can also try cheese such as Swiss or Cheddar cheese. Eat that kind of cheese before meals and that way you will neutralize the acids that involve plaque appearance. There is ingredient that works as barrier agent in aged cheese.
